Paul Grill

Paul is an experienced business advisor who has supported more than 100 companies launching new products and expanding into new markets. He is an alum of Goldman Sachs and the Kellogg School of Management, as well as a former Partner in a boutique management consultancy.

Paul began his career in cybersecurity and has remained at the forefront of driving innovation and growth across multiple industries. As a Partner at First Annapolis he developed and implemented creative strategies and deal structures for companies like eBay, T-Mobile, Visa, and numerous fintech start-ups. Thereafter, Paul launched a healthcare venture fund to accelerate the development of transformative treatments for kidney disease.

As Managing Director of Bondi's DC office, Paul will leverage his deep consulting and M&A experience to help clients achieve their objectives while also coordinating and optimizing the firm's significant business, policy, and communications resources.
