Marilyn Baker

Director - Stakeholder Engagement and Client Relations

Marilyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and stakeholder management in both the public and the private sectors. She most recently served as Executive Director of the Blair House Foundation, where she led marketing and fundraising efforts to increase stakeholder engagement with the Blair House, the U.S. President's historic Guest House, working closely with the foundation's board, private sector partners and several federal agencies including the White House, the State Department and the General Services Administration.

Previously, as a Senior Advisor working on a White House initiative managed through USAID, Marilyn led private sector engagement for a $200 million Women's Economic Empowerment fund. Prior to returning to public service, she founded her own successful consulting practice that provided guidance in the design and execution of bipartisan projects, including the scaling of state initiatives to a national level. She led the implementation of key government initiatives including U.S. First Lady projects as well as the Department of Defense. Earlier in her career, she served in positions at the Department of Energy, State Department, and the White House Chief of Staff’s office.

In the private sector, Marilyn, a native Texan, worked in Houston's energy industry, managing stakeholder engagement and community relations for a privately held co-generation plant company, which was later acquired by a major U.S. energy company where she joined the business development team.

At Bondi Partners, Marilyn leverages her unique insights into public and private sector partnerships to support client relations and stakeholder engagements in Washington D.C. She received her MBA with a concentration in marketing and finance from the Jones School of Business at Rice University.
