Joe Manchin, U.S.

Known for his ability to work across party lines and moderate views, Joe Manchin is a firmer senator from West Virginia who joined Bondi Partners in 2025. As one of the Senate's most conservative Democrats, he has carved out a unique position in an increasingly polarized Washington.

Manchin served as Governor of West Virginia for six years, winning his first election in 2004 and winning election to the U.S. Senate in 2010. Senator Manchin also served at several levels of state politics, and before entering politics, he co-founded and was president of Enersystems, his family owned and operated coal brokerage company.
