Jacob LeVine
Jacob LeVine is an Associate Director based in Bondi Partners’ Washington, D.C. office, where he plays a leading role in the firm’s energy, natural resources, and infrastructure practice. He has extensive experience advancing the development of global and domestic Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, and energy infrastructure assets - with a particular focus on structuring financing and policy support to accelerate projects.
Jacob advises clients on navigating U.S. and allied government funding programs - including through Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), loan and grant facilities, and policy mechanisms such as Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III. His work spans project development, financing, and commercial positioning, ensuring clients secure the public- and private-sector support necessary to deliver large-scale infrastructure and energy investments.
Before joining Bondi Partners, Jacob worked at the Business-Industry Political Action Committee (BIPAC), where he advised Fortune 500 corporations, trade associations, and chambers of commerce on complex policy, regulatory, and political issues – especially those pertaining to energy and natural resources.
