
Mike Rogers
Senior Advisor
Admiral Mike Rogers is a Senior Advisor to Bondi Partners. Mike is also a Board Member for multiple companies in the private sector and works in the consulting and venture capital arenas across the globe.
Mike is also a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Professor with Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management’s Kellogg Executive Leadership Institute and works with the Department of Defense in the mentoring and professional development of its General and Flag officers.
He retired from the U.S. Navy in 2018 after nearly 37 years of naval service rising to the rank of four-star admiral. Mike culminated his career in uniform after more than four years as the Commander of U.S. Cyber Command and National Security Agency Director. In those roles he worked with the leadership of the U.S. Government, the DoD and the Intelligence community as well as their international counterparts in the conduct of cyber and intelligence activity across the globe.
Mike has also assisted in the development of national and international policy with respect to cyber, intelligence, privacy and technology – including extensive work with corporate leadership in the finance, IT, telecommunications and technology – and national security more broadly.
Prior to his final duties he also served as Director of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Indo-Pacific Command, focusing on issues associated with China and the broader set of global security challenges.
Mike is a graduate of Auburn University and holds a Masters in National Security (East Asia) and is a distinguished graduate of the National War College and a graduate of highest distinction from the Naval War College. He is also an MIT Seminar XXI Fellow and a Harvard Senior Executive in National Security alum.
