John has extensive expertise in transactional communications, corporate restructuring and issues management.  He is a recognised leader in media and presentation skills training for executive management and investment banking teams. He has advised some of Australia’s leading businesses, board directors and senior executives on transaction, issues management and investor communications extensively across the Australian property, resources and financial services sectors. 

This work has seen him involved in sensitive development planning approval and project execution; institutional and retail investor relations advice for major and complex M&A projects involving FIRB and ACCC matters; issues management and advice to executives preparing to appear before various major regulatory processes such as the recent Royal Commission into Banking in Australia.
