Strategic advisor, science & technology
Mr. Stout is a nationally recognized expert in space and aerospace policy. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing policy at the national level in both the legislative and executive branches of government. Mr. Stout advises clients on a wide variety of interdisciplinary aerospace issues in the civil, commercial, and national security space sectors. Mr. Stout has extensive experience working with the federal government departments and agencies, including research, science, and technology development programs within the federal government. Throughout his career, he has focused on the nexus among government policy, implementation, and industry development.
Prior to joining Bondi Partners as a Strategic Advisor, Mr. Stout was the Deputy Executive Secretary and Chief of Staff for the White House National Space Council, which coordinates and implements national space policy and budget priorities of the Executive Office of the President. In addition to his service on the staff of the national space council, Mr. Stout has served at the FAA’s Office of Commercial Space Transportation as Acting Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff and at the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology in the United States House of Representatives.
