Democrats to use DNC as a ‘rallying cry’ for more voter support
Sky News Australia | August 20, 2024
Bondi Partners Senior Adviser and former Democratic National Committee CEO Amy Dacey expects the Democrats to use the Chicago convention as a “rallying cry” to encourage more Americans to register to vote as the presidential election race ramps up.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Hilary Clinton, Jill Biden, and Joe Biden are just a few of the notable guests to speak on day one of the Democratic National Convention.
“It’s also their opportunity to really have the media’s attention and share what they stand for and what they plan to do in the next less than 100 days,” Ms Dacey told Sky News US politics analyst Joe Hockey.
