Chelsey has nearly three decades of experience working across business and government in the United States and Australia, with deep expertise spanning strategic policy, trade and investment, media, and diplomacy. Her experience at the highest-levels of government and the private sector uniquely positions her to advise companies navigating complex policy, regulatory, political, and commercial environments, helping them manage risk and leverage opportunity.

Before joining Bondi Partners, Chelsey served as Australia’s Consul-General in Los Angeles (2015–2020), where she led Australia’s relationship with the U.S. Southwest and oversaw flagship public diplomacy, trade, and investment initiatives, including G’Day USA. She previously held senior diplomatic posts at the United Nations in New York, in Washington, D.C., and in Canberra, Australia. Earlier in her career, Chelsey was a political journalist with Australia’s leading business newspaper, The Australian Financial Review.

Chelsey leads Bondi Partners’ global operations across the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Japan, and spearheads the firm’s consulting and advocacy practices.
