Prior to joining Bondi Partners, Charlie worked at the Tower Strategy Group on a business development project for a multinational technology client. Before his work in management consulting, he served on Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s presidential campaign, supporting national political engagement efforts and as a special assistant to the campaign’s Senior Advisor. Charlie has also worked in the field of education policy, where he most notably co-authored the U.S. chapter for the 2019 Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study. 

Born and raised in Evanston, Illinois, Charlie earned his B.A. in Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He contributed to a variety of research projects as an undergraduate, including the Wisconsin Racial Disparities Project.
